Delivery

Every effort is made to supply your photo clock as quickly as possible. Because the majority of photo clock's are custom made when you place your order this can sometimes mean a delay at busy times, therefore allow extra time for your order.

Generally we aim for despatch within 7 days from you placing your order, although most are shipped before this time.

Within the UK we use the Royal Mail ‘Recorded Delivery’ service to ensure the parcel arrives safe and sound and is signed for. However we cannot accept responsibility for any delays in transit.

For overseas customers we use the 'Royal Mail Airmail' service, or for more peace of mind choose the 'Internationally signed for' service to ensure a trouble free delivery and is insured for non-delivery, and can be tracked.  This service normally takes between 3 - 5 days after we have despatched your order.

If for whatever reason the parcel is not delivered we will work with you to ensure you do recieve it.  We will initially forward the Tracking number straight away.
