Is there a limit on what photographs I can use?

If you want us to use your own photograph all we ask for is that it is a high quality image which can be printed to a maximum resolution of 300dpi. 

What about copyright laws?

It is impossible for us to double check every photograph we receive, therefore we must accept the photograph you submit belongs to you and you have the permission to use it, your records will be kept on file should there be a query.

How soon will I get my delivery?

Every effort is made to supply your photo clock as quickly as possible. Because each photo clock is custom made when you place your order this can sometimes mean a delay at busy times due to the volume of work, therefore allow extra time for your order. Generally we aim for 7 days for despatch from you placing your order.

What if my order is urgent and I need it by a certain date?

We do understand that sometimes you may have an urgent need for one of our picture / clocks. If this is the case please email us before placing the order so we can check on the availability of materials, and how full our order book is, and we can confirm if we will be able to meet your deadline. We will make every effort possible to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Do you ship to the rest of Europe or overseas?

We originally aimed to satisfy the retail UK market, however we are pleased to annouce that we now offer our products anywhere in the world.   If you are an overseas customer please note the carraige costs for your particular country when you place your order.

I am a wholesaler or trade customer, can I order larger quantities?

Yes, we would suggest that you contact us with your ideas of what you want, together with the quantity and we will be pleased to quote for your order. Because our products are unique it means that you will be selling a range that is different from any other products.

I own a business; can I use photo clock's as promotional products for my customers?

They are ideal to use as promotional products. It is more important than ever to promote your business. The best sales for many companies are higher when you can keep your company name and telephone number at the forefront of your customers mind. In this age when we seem to be looking at the clock more and more to keep to a deadline, what better way than every time your customer looks at the clock they see your company details. The low cost of purchasing a number of clocks for your customers is soon offset by the increase in orders for your company.
