Why not use our clocks to raise funds, let us design your own clock how you want, then we can add your charity name and you and your supporters sell so boosting your charity fund. Dropshippers are ideal people to aim for this sector, why not approach your local charities and show them the product, and boost your sales. **************** To register as a dropshipper is straightforward. Send us an email with the following details : (1) Name (2) Address (3) Telephone Number (4) Email address (5) Website url (if available) (6) We would like to know how you intend to promote our product's, e.g shop, internet, ebay etc. ***************** We do not make a registration charge for our dropshipping service. All we ask is that besides the above information you purchase a minimum of 1 photoclock, this will be at the normal recommended retail price (RRP). We don't consider this is unreasonable, after all how can you sell photo clock's if you haven't seen or bought one ? It also stop's people registering as a 'dropshipper' gaining the discount and not hearing from them again.
When we have recieved these details and have recieved your initial order we will send you an email repeating the instructions and of course quoting the dropshipping discount, easy. After that the next steps are yours, all you have to do is introduce our clocks, and what can be achieved to your friends, work colleagues, place auctions on the net, sell at shows, in fact whatever way you want to run your own business. Dont forget the business and promotional sector's, companies are after sale's, what better way than through a clock at every one of their important customer's premise's or office's, multiple sale's equal's mulitiple profit's. We will tie in your order with your email address you gave us in the information we require above, and we will tell you by email when we have changed your account to 'Dropshipper Status'. After that any order you place will be classed as a dropshipped product and you will gain a discount on each and every sale off the RRP of £13.95 inclusive of VAT, but excluding p&p. We have set a RRP and that shows on our wesbite, however the actual selling price can be set by yourself if you wish. You take the order and payment from your customer, you make the purchase through our website and pay the reduced price, and the difference is your profit. ********************* How does it work ? When you gain an order just follow the 6 important steps :- (1) log-on (2) select the clock you want either from our range or send us your photograph, (if you choose to send a photograph send it to us first and we will forward a suggested layout so you can gain approval from your customer. When they are happy and you are ready to place the order follow these 6 steps to place the order, but this time in the box marked 'name or message' on the order page enter the 4 digit number that we sent with your suggested layout email, this ensures the correct image is provided (3) select your name or message if required, (or 4 digit number, see above) (4) select if you want the finished item gift wrapped (5) select the clock colour (6) Then make the payment, but ensure you enter the correct delivery address The special Dropshipping service price will only show at the end when you come to pay, before that you will see the full price. Discount will automatically be applied to the recommended retail price inclusive of VAT, this discount is of course your profit. The p&p will also show when you enter the correct delivery details, no discount will be applied to the carraige charge. You place the order and take payment from your customer, you make the purchase through our website and pay the reduced price, and the difference is your profit. ***************** What do I do Next ? To register is simple Will it be under plain wrapping ? We will not enclose any paperwork mentioning Photoclockworld, the delivery note will only show your name and address. The only wording that will show Photoclockworld will be a small label on the back of the parcel incase it gets lost, and a very small one line of text showing the url on the clock face. This should make no problems because even if the customer looked on our website they would see the same recommended retail price as anyone else, and it lets them know who they contact should they have any problems. Wholesale A new service will be offered shortly for Wholesalers and the Trade. It will give them an opportunity to buy a selected range of photo clocks aimed for general sale. There will be no personalisation possible, and will show a preprinted name or message to link in with the picture.
