All products are made from quality materials, but if you find a problem upon delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

Because all our products are custom made to your specification we can not accept a return if you change your mind. However if of course there is a manufacturing fault we will of course replace the product free of charge.

Any photograph supplied must be free from copyright, or you own the copyright, or you have the permission of the owner of the copyright.  It is impossible to check every photograph therefore by sending the photograph to us you are confirming that you meet the requirement s above, and that you are giving us full permission to print your image, and that you take full and legal responsibility for its use, and any copyright issues will rest with yourself.  We do not knowingly break copyright laws, if at any time you feel we have, please let us know, and the matter will be corrected without delay.

We require an image of minimum of 300dpi of high quality.  We will make very attempt possible to inform you if when we see the photograph we do not feel it will be of a quality standard we would want. However we do not take responsibility if we do miss a fault, therefore please do check your own photograph before sending it to us. 

If you want a particular section of the photograph to be used we would suggest you carry out the crop using your own photograph editing program, remember you know in your mind what you want, we do not, so ensure you supply the photograph accordingly.

If an order is cancelled under the Distance Selling Rule (DSR) the customer must return the goods to us at their expense.  However we must be informed of the return to us and we will issue a returns number.  Our products are normally custom made and personalised to your requirements and do not meet the terms under the DSRs, however we will of course do what we can to resolve any issues that you may have amicably.
